Any of the user accounts can input information (company info, assessment) on the platform. Any of the user accounts can also change the previous information logged.

We recommend you fully immerse in the learnings and activities that our platforms suggest. There is a recommended journey for your business and digital excellence meant taking that journey.

What does my score mean?

Your score reflects your digital readiness, meaning the higher the score, the more prepared you are for your digital journey.

How do you compute my score?

Your answers in the first assessment determined your score. Each question has a weight and pertains to a certain Area of Digital Excellence.  Throughout your digital journey, there will be questions which will determine whether your score will go up or go down. How do I make my score higher?

Again, your score depends on your answer in our assessment and checkpoints.  But we want to stress that your score is only a suggestion of digital areas that you need to work on, not a necessary reflection of success. Keep in mind that it’s more important to apply what you learned in real-life business settings.

How many users are given access to the platform?

Each company are given up to 5 user accounts to access our platform.

Is there a discount for an annual payment?

We will give a 10% discount for annual, upfront payments. For bulk subscriptions, please contact our Sales Team.

How do I get charged?

Our contract is a one year lock-in period with 3 months advanced payment. You are charged monthly through your company’s credit card or post-dated checks submitted to us beforehand.

Will my company be automatically renewed?

Before our contract expires, our digital consultants will contact you to report your progress and ask for feedback. We recommend renewal as changes in the digital world will always continue, and your subscription to our platform ensures that the company is able to transform and excel alongside the changes in the digital world.
